The headset can be used as a standard PTT headset or as a VOX headset. For VOX operation, however, the VOX function must be activated in the Alinco radio device. The PTT key has a clearly noticeable pressure point. The earphone is comfortable to wear and the rubber coating on the earphone is replaceable.
