Tehnoturg.ee sells its products via internet and also in Tallinn and Riga situated stores. Tehnoturg.ee is a trademark, that is owned by TehnoTurg-T OÜ. Office and stores are located:

How to pay for the product?

Products are paid immediately by customers selected suitable bank via link to the internet-bank. Paying for the product confirms the purchase and you will receive an order confirmation to your registered e-mai account.

Can you pay by credit card

Credit card payment is available only in our store Kadaka tee 72a, Tallinn 12618, Estonia.

Installment loan is provided by ESTO AS. Review the terms and conditions at www.esto.ee and consult with our expert. The installment loan is a financial obligation. Please assess your financial position and think about whether you really need the loan before you submit the application, so you can be sure that you are able to repay the loan in a timely manner. The monthly payment is 75.21 € and annual rate of charge is 22.98% on the following sample terms and conditions: loan amount 2000 €, annual interest rate of 11% on the outstanding balance (fixed), contract fee 15 € and repayment period of 36 months.

When and how the products are received?

The goods are delivered to the customer (or customers specified location) within 3 work days time. If the product is out of stock the estiamted time of delivery is 14 to 30 days, depending on the product. Upon the products arrival we will send a e-mail to your registered account with the final invoice. The products could be delivered to you dircetly by a courier or you can pick them up by yourself.

What is the cost of delivery?

Over 100 EUR purchase the delivery is free all over Estonia. In other cases delivery costs starts from 4 EUR. Or you can come after the products by yourself in our stores:

How to return the product?

The product can be returned in 14 days after the purchase. The product must be complete and clean. Also the original package must be kept and all other doucments and supplies that came with the product. Total cost of the product will be refunded, but other expenses involved with returning the product will be covered by cutomer. To return the product it must be delivered to one of the addresses below:

Can one product be exchanged to another?

No. Although all products have a 14-day returning policy, exchanging a product must be formally signed as a new order.

Is the ordering available only in Estonia?

No, the orderng is available all over the world, but ordering outside of Europe we suggest to ask a personal quotation in terms of transportation.

Who makes the guarantee repairs?

TehnoTurg-T OÜ OÜ carries out the guarantee repairs and also mediates the manufacturer's warranty, according to the law of The Republic of Estonia the products warranty is 2 years if the manufacturer has not idicated otherwise. If TehnoTurg-T OÜ cannot perform the guarantee repairs directly the defective product will be sent to the manufacturer. In this case customer must consider the time of transportation and the time required for the work.
